Bachelor course
The Higher School (Faculty) of Television (HSTV) of Moscow State University provides training in bachelor's and master's degree programs (direction of training "Television") full-time education:

Acceptance of documents is carried out:
• by means of the MSU electronic information system – webanketa.msu.ru;
• through the superservice "Admission to university online" of the federal state information system "Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (functions)" (EPSU);
• personally to the admission committee of the relevant faculty (branch) MSU;
• through public postal operators.
• from June 15, 2023 to July 10, 2023 - for foreign citizens
Documents for admission:
• personal application for admission to the first year;
• photocopies of documents certifying the identity and citizenship of the applicant;
• the original or a photocopy of the document on education (see paragraph 17 of the Admission Rules at Moscow State University);
• 2 3x4 photos (black-and-white or color picture without a headdress on matte paper, taken in 2023).

Tuition fees
In the 2023/2024 academic year, the tuition fee is 430,580 (four hundred and thirty thousand five hundred and eighty) rubles per year.

The cost of tuition in the 2023/2024 academic year is 432,360 (four hundred and thirty-two thousand three hundred and sixty) rubles per year.
